“Floating World” features new works by Mailer, a New Lebanon artist. Her luminous, multi-layered landscape paintings portray a world seemingly suspended between the real and imagined. Mailer has exhibited throughout the United States, as well as internationally, and founded the Storefront Artist Project in Pittsfield in 2002 that gained national attention and became a model for similar programs in other cities.
