The Giving Cup is an annual competition among the academic and student services departments on campus to raise donations and awareness of the college’s food pantry.
Once again we will allow smaller departments to team together for a shot at the cup. If you’d like to be involved, please contact Kit Haynes at 629-7690 or k.haynes@hvcc.edu.
To participate
Collect food donations within your department/organization
Tabulate your food items weekly and email Kit Haynes to receive credit for each item. (Count each item in a box; for example, a 6-pack of juice is worth 6 credits.)
Deliver items weekly to the Food Pantry in the Student Activities Office (CTR 210).
