The Campus Ministry presents

Sacred Movements

Led by Chaplain Victoria O. Milne, M.S.Ed, Spiritual Tools Wellness Educator.

Participants will be guided to the posture of “the present moment” through arm and body movements leading to the universal symbol of balance and peace. The movements will draw from universal postures originating in the Christian, Jewish, Hindu Traditions. After being led through this exercise, participants are often able to practice on their own.  It is not physically demanding and can be adapted to suit the needs of ALL participants.

This program is being offered at the Interfaith Prayer Room, located on the 2nd floor of the campus center on the following date and times:

Wednesday, Oct 5 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to noon
Wednesday, Dec. 7 from 1 to 3 p.m.
