Spring 2017 and Summer 2017 Degree/Certificate Application Deadlines
This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2017and Summer 2017 graduation are as follows:
Spring 2017 — Fri., Mar. 31, 2017
Summer 2017 — Thu., Jun. 15, 2017
If you plan on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above. Please note that a completed degree/certificate application requires department chairperson/advisor signature. Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e., a spring application received on April 1 will be considered a Summer 2017 application and a summer application received on June 16 will be considered a Fall 2017 application).
Important Note: Summer 2017 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that you can attend. If you wish to participate and have your name appear in the Commencement program, you must have a completed degree/certificate application submitted by the March 31 deadline.

This Degree Application Deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement Board, the digital monitors, and a reminder email was sent to all students at their Hudson Valley Community College email account.
