If you have not gone paperless, the 2017 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 17 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form also is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 26, 2017. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 28, 2017.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 7, 2017. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 26, 2017.
