Dear Professors
If you have students taking exams at the Center for Access and Assistive Technology (CAAT) during week of May 8 to 12, we ask that you please deliver your exams to us by Monday, May 1, 2017.
The CAAT office administered more than 500 exams the last week of the Fall 2016 semester, and we require sufficient time to ensure each and every student is receiving their proper accommodations. This shared responsibility ensures that the college is meeting its mandate with regard to equal access.
Exams may be delivered to the Campus Center, room 130 or emailed to drctests@hvcc.edu.
Your support and cooperation with this process is greatly appreciated.
