Associate Professor Jim LaBate, author of several books, will take part in the Local Author Series scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Clifton Park Public Library, 475 Moe Road.
The monthly program welcomes local authors to the library to chat with readers and sign copies of their books. Jim’s appearance is geared for a teen audience.
His books, which will be available for purchase at the program, are Things I Threw in the River, Mickey Mantle Day in Amsterdam and My Teacher’s Password.
