Student’s Band Opens for Poison Tonight at Times Union Center

 

Hudson Valley student Logan Carpenter will have a dream come true tonight, as his band Restless Streets opens for Poison and Tesla at the Times Union Center as part of Poison’s XXX Reunion Tour.

Restless Streets won a contest through iHeartRadio, receiving thousands of votes from around the world to land them the top spot in the contest and the chance to open the show. The announcement was made on Friday.

The band, which has been together for ten years, is made up of members Logan Carpenter on vocals, Brandon John on guitar, John Alund on bass, Aaron Uline on drums, and Brian Nellis on keyboards.

The concert will take place tonight, Tuesday, May 9, at the Times Union Center. Doors open for the show at 6:30 p.m. Restless Streets will take the stage at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available at ticketmaster.com.

Restless Streets has already toured the United States three times and has just released their third album, “Together,” which is available through ITunes and Apple Music.
