1) Pumpkins may be carved or decorated
2) Theme: Most Creative
3) Two categories for judging: Group 1 = Students; Group 2 = Faculty & Staff
4) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded in each category:
Students 1st Place = $100 Gift Card to Stewart’s
Students 2nd Place = $50 Gift Card to Stewart’s
Students 3rd Place = $25 Gift Card to Stewart’s
Faculty & Staff 1st Place = $100 Gift Card to Subway for Office Lunch Party
Faculty & Staff 2nd Place = $50 Gift Card to Subway for Office Lunch Party
Faculty & Staff 3rd Place = $25 Gift Card to Subway for Office Lunch Party
Instructions
1) Pick-up your FREE pumpkin from Alfredo Balarin in the Student Activities Office (CTR 214) anytime between: 10/16 – 10/24
2) Decorate your pumpkin
3) Write or mark your name/contact information somewhere on your pumpkin or on something attached to your pumpkin (so winners can be identified)
4) Drop off your pumpkin anytime on Wednesday, Oct. 24 or before 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 — first floor, Siek Campus Center
- Tables will be set up for the event near the digital monitor and staircase
- You may drop off your pumpkin at any table designated for the event
5) Join us on Thursday, Oct. 25 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. for reshments and the pumpkin decorating contest.
6) Judging for the contest will begin at noon.
7) Winners will be announced at 1 p.m.
