During Labor Day weekend, Bridget Conover, a Hudson Valley Community College student, sustained serious injuries in a boating accident. She’s currently unable to continue with school or work, and she faces surgeries and many physical therapy sessions, some of which will not be covered by insurance.
Bridget’s doctor’s are optimistic, however, she has a long road to recovery ahead of her. Thankfully, she will without a doubt get through it with her strength, perseverance and the positive attitude that she always has held. An x-ray technician major, Bridget also works at Tops Diner and the Recovery Room restaurant, where her regular customers are very familiar with her smiling face and friendly demeanor.
A benefit for Bridget featuring food, raffles and more is planned for:
