This is a photo of Albany-Shaker Road, pre-1920s. How times have changed! This photo came from an article in The Washington Post about three women (including Emily Post) who separately traveled across the country, documenting their experiences and taking pictures of America as it was then.
I thought it would be an interesting reminder of our rural past as it used to be here in the Capital District. Enjoy.
