Students are invited to discuss the benefits and trade-offs of various actions that could create a more effective system of governance in the United States. Following refreshments at 1:30, the deliberation, facilitated by Dr. Catherine Willis, part-time faculty in the Department of History, Philosophy and Social Sciences, will begin at 2 p.m.
