Erin Hatter has received the
Academic Advising Certification of Completion.
Please join me in congratulating Erin M. Hatter, scheduling officer, adjunct faculty member and academic advisor for The School of Business.
Erin has been with the college for 12 years. Erin has a passion for learning and professional development. Her first position here at the college was as an enrollment services counselor, where she had the opportunity to work closely with students with the enrollment process. Erin left this position to take on her current role as the college’s scheduling officer. Because of her love for working directly with students, Erin accepted a position as a part time advisor for The School of Business. She also teaches psychology classes as an adjunct faculty member. Erin also serves the college in many other ways. She has served ad secretary of the NTP Organization for many years and co-chairs both the WE@HVCC Luncheon Committee and Staff Development Day Committee, and is active in commencement every year.
She is extremely proud to have completed the advising certificate which she hopes will make her a better advisor and help all of her students take the necessary steps to reach their goals both here are Hudson Valley Community College and beyond.
