Dear Campus Community members,
The agenda for the Feb. 27, 2017 meeting of the Academic Senate now is available on Blackboard. This will be a very important and busy meeting!
Among the proposals and items to be discussed are two resolutions from the Faculty Council of Community Colleges (FCCC): one in support of funding for child care centers and the other, addressed to the State, is regarding maintenance of funding. We also will discuss and vote on a letter addressed to Dr. Matonak submitted by the Student Life Committee and a corresponding proposal, Recommendations for New Student Orientation Committee.

As a reminder, all members of the community are welcome to attend and speak at Senate meetings! We will meet Monday, Feb. 27 at 2:15 in the BTC meeting rooms.
