The Election Committee of the Academic Senate is calling for nominations for the Spring 2015 semester to fill vacancies on the Academic Senate and the Standing Committees of the Senate.
The list of positions available will be posted to the Senate website under Senate Membership.
If you are interested in an available position, please respond with a nomination to senateelections@hvcc.edu.
The nominating period will begin Wednesday, March 4, 2015 and end Friday, March 13, 2015.
Please consider serving on the Senate or one of the Standing Committees. Of course, you may nominate yourself or anyone you feel will be an asset to the Academic Senate.
Please spread the word to your colleagues across the campus that the Senate and its Standing Committees are seeking to fill vacant positions.
Any current vacancies in 2016 and 2017 will be filled immediately on conclusion of the Spring elections. The new three-year term will start on August 1, 2015.
