The Academic Senate will meet on Monday, May 11 at 2:15 p.m.
The Zoom waiting room will open up at 2 p.m.
The Zoom link and password are available in Blackboard as an announcement under the Academic Senate organization.
We will be using a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting and you are a voting member, please send a chat comment that you are “present.” If you are a guest, please just indicate “guest.” This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.
I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion please also do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, as we did last time, we will also vote in the chat room.
If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.
Please remember that this ZOOM meeting is being recorded like all Senate meetings.
