We will be holding this Academic Senate meeting via Zoom.

The zoom meeting will open at 2 p.m., but I will not start the meeting until 2:15. We will be using a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, please send a chat comment that you are “present” if you are a voting member. If you are a guest please just indicate “guest.”. This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.
I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion please also do this in chat. When there is a motion with a second, as we did last time, we will also vote in the chat room.
If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.
Please remember that, just as the regular Senate meetings are voice recorded, this Zoom session meeting is also being recorded.
