Admissions hosting a variety of events to recruit students

 

While the fall semester is well upon us, the Admissions Office is busy setting up a variety of events to continue recruitment for 10-week, sprint, spring and next fall. The office will provide an array of ways for prospective students to interact, gain information, and apply to Hudson Valley Community College.

General Information Sessions
These quick sessions are for prospective students in the beginning phase of their college search process. They will receive a general presentation by a counselor and a virtual tour by a current student tour guide.

High School Instant Admits
We are working with area high schools to set up instant admit days for high school seniors interested in being accepted on the spot.

Open House
We are offering three, virtual open houses based on school.
Registrants will hear from the Admissions Office, academic faculty and staff, and receive a virtual tour by a current student tour guide.

  • School of Health Sciences — Thursday, Oct.  29 at 3:30 p.m.
  • School of STEM — Thursday, Nov. 5 at 3:30 p.m.
  • School of Business and Liberal Arts — Thursday, Nov. 12 at 3:30 p.m.

One-on-One Admission Counselor Appointments
