On Tuesday, March 10, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Maureen Stapleton Theatre, the Human Resource Department and the college’s Affirmative Action Officer for Searches, John Ogden, will offer a training on how to hire legally.
The training will cover all the required steps in the process for hiring at Hudson Valley Community College, including using our applicant database, RecruiterBox. The various regulations that govern the process will be discussed, as well as affirmative action obligations. If you often sit on search committees, this information will be extremely valuable.
