Everyone is invited to attend the 42nd Meritorious Service Awards and Pinning Ceremony on Monday, Dec. 9, at 3:15 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium.
This event recognizes outstanding members of the classified staff of the college, the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center, and the Faculty Student Association (non-NTPs), who are nominated for the award by members of the campus community.
Food will be served in the BTC meeting rooms directly following the event.
The 2024 Meritorious Service Award recipients are:
- Larry Amos, Principal Stores Clerk, Physical Plant
- Chris Arnold, Principal Stores Clerk, Physical Plant
- Dorena Frank, Data Analysis Coordinator, Admissions Office
- Amanda Miller-Kalbfliesh, Shift Supervisor, Public Safety Department
- Mary Beth Mullen, Graphics Specialist, Creative Services Department
- Edward Stevens, Custodial Worker, Physical Plant
The ceremony also commemorates service to the college with pins awarded for every five years of employment. Pins will be presented to those in attendance who are celebrating service anniversaries in 2024.
We also are collecting non-perishable items for the college’s food pantry, so please bring what you can to the ceremony!
We hope to see you there!
