The Office of Community & Professional Education is pleased to announce that its 2016 Summer Kids on Campus Program enjoyed another busy and successful summer.
Nearly 900 campers participated in a variety of programs on the main campus, at TEC-SMART, Bethlehem Middle School and due to athletic field construction at Gardner Dickinson school this summer. Programs included athletics, theater, circus, cooking, science, computers, arts and technology. More than 95 sections were available to campers.
A special thank you to the entire Kids on Campus Staff including our teachers, coaches, athletic trainer, nurses, and counselors for providing a safe and high quality program for our campers.
The success of these programs could not be achieved without the support of many offices and departments on campus. A special shout out to Public Safety, Physical Plant, Athletics, Human Resources, Payroll, Communications and Marketing, Graphics, Central Receiving, Viking Video Technologies, Information Technology Services, Grants, The Foundation and Health Services. Without this continued support we would not be able to provide children with an educational and fun camp experience.
