On Sept. 16, the Times Union published information and details about a partial lunar eclipse that will be visible — weather conditions permitting — in the Capital Region overnight Tuesday, Sept. 17, into Wednesday.
The information was compiled by Richard Monda, an assistant professor of Astronomy and Physics at HVCC.
