As we start the Fall 2017 semester, you will see a slight change in the paperwork from the Center for Access and Assistive Technology (CAAT). Students registered with the CAAT will be providing you with an Accommodation Form as they always have, however, that form will look a bit different.
We have moved away from the old handwritten carbon paper Accommodation Form to a new electronic form that has our electronic signature. Students should still be meeting with you individually during office hours, or by appointment to present this form to you. This short appointment sets the groundwork for communications and fosters a working relationship throughout the semester between you and the student.
