Please meet me by the cafeteria at 4 p.m. on the first day of clinical in your full Hudson Valley Community College uniform according to the college’s dress code.
Please bring your CPR card, health forms, verification of flu shot and immunization records. You will need to complete the St. Peter’s Health Partners (located in the document section of my academic department).
