Calling all interested Hudson Valley Community College Students
A casting call will be held on Monday and Tuesday, April 11 and 12, 2011 on campus in the Exhibition Room (2nd floor) in the Siek Campus Center.

Volunteer participants will be auditioning for an admissions/enrollment television commercial(s) and online video campaign. We-re looking for students age 17-25. Got stage fright? Don-t worry, we-ll coach you, direct you, ask you a few questions – and help you get over the -jitters.- Bring a friend! It will be more fun to participate with fellow students, so spread the word!
Important Information
All participants will be asked to sign a model release granting Hudson Valley Community College full rights to use all footage in productions to promote the college across various media. Students will be contacted by phone by Friday, April 15 if selected for participation in the campaign. Filming will take place on Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you sign up for the casting call session, you must be available for filming on these dates for 3-4 hours. Schedules will be determined after the casting session.
What will you be asked to do?
When you arrive, come to the registration table to sign in and complete the Model Release. You will then meet with a member of our production team who will prep you for the videotaping and answer your questions. With the camera rolling, you will read from a script and also provide candid answers to some questions about your experience at Hudson Valley.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the session starting time to register, and please plan to stay for a total of 45-60 minutes.
