Auditions for Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Christmas Goose will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 14 and Thursday, Sept. 15 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Maureen Stapleton Theatre. All HVCC students are welcome to audition; no previous experience is necessary. Those auditioning will be asked to read scenes from the script and to provide contact and schedule information.
In this family-friendly holiday mystery, Sherlock Holmes is asked to discover the identity of a man who lost his hat and goose in a late-night scuffle. At first, Holmes treats the request as only a mild curiosity, but then the Countess of Morcar’s rare and valuable blue carbuncle is found in the Goose. The pursuit of the thief leads Holmes and Dr. Watson from 221B Baker Street to Covent Garden Market and all over the streets of wintery London.
