Visit Patricia Ramirez from the Commission on Economic Opportunity on Wednesday, September 4, 11, or 18 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Student Success Center, Siek Campus Center, room 230 to learn more about their Post-Secondary Back to School Assistance Program, which provides eligible Rensselaer County students with school supplies including backpacks, notebooks, folders, pens/pencils, art supplies, calculator, sneakers, clothing, books, headphones and/or computer devices.
Eligibility requirements are:
- Documented household income at or below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines Post-SecondayAssistance_ReferralForm_fillable (1) for household size. Automatic qualifiers include current enrollment in any one of the following programs: Headstart/Early Headstart, WIC, SNAP, and TANF.
- Must be Rensselaer County resident.
- Must provide enrollment confirmation for fall 2024.
