IIT and ITEC are currently working on upgrading the systems that drive Banner and the third-party products for student and administrative services.
WIReD, Banner, Unimarket, and Banner CRMs (Advise/Recruit) are affected systems.
Automated systems will stop at 6 p.m. on September 17, 2024. The process will begin at 6 a.m. on September 18, 2024, and be completed by 8 a.m. Automated systems will be upgraded from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., after which the processes will be restarted. There will be no automated processes from 6 p.m. on the 17th until 11 a.m. on the 18th.
In the event of an issue during this process, the back-out plan is to run on the current systems and reschedule the cutover.
