On Nov. 21, members of the Vikings baseball team volunteered at Rashad Barksdale’s annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner in Hudson. Barskdale played for the Vikings baseball program before heading to Albany to play football. He was eventually drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL draft.
The baseball team assisted with dinner service, as well as set up and clean up at the Hudson Youth Center.
