A Discussion About Death, with Dessert

7-8:30 p.m. Siek Campus Center, first floor cafe
Heidi L. Parker, an adjunct faculty member in the college’s Bereavement Studies certificate program, will facilitate an open, interactive forum about death, dying, grief, mortality and making the most of the time we have. The discussion will provide a forum for people to discuss what is one of the most important, but least talked-about, topics for humanity.
The discussion will follow the “death cafe” model, which is becoming increasingly popular around the world.
Faculty, staff, students and the general public are welcome.
