Please be alert to continuing “summer scams” that are occurring .
Watch out for email “phishing scams” seeking to obtain your usernames and passwords. Immediately forward any suspicious emails to infosec@hvcc.edu.
A scam involving gift cards also is circulating throughout our region.
Scammers claim that you owe them money and ask to be paid with retail gift cards, i.e. for Home Depot. This is a scam!
