If you are taking final exams in Blackboard, the odds are that some of you will encounter issues while taking your exams. Fortunately, you can go a long way toward avoiding problems when taking tests in Blackboard if you follow this top-10 list of Blackboard test-taking tips:
- If possible, use a wired internet connection.
- Use a computer, rather than a mobile device, when taking a test in Bb (unless your instructor confirms that the test is mobile-compatible).
- Use FireFox when taking a test in Bb.
- Clear your browser history and cache before taking a test (How do I do that?).
- Make sure your browser window is maximized.
- Don’t have multiple tabs open in your browser.
- Have pop-up blocking enabled on your browser.
- Try not to have other applications open when you take tests in Bb.
- Don’t have multiple Bb sessions open at the same time.
- Log out of Bb and log back in before taking your test, so that you start the test with a fresh Bb session.
