Blackboard Tip of the Week

Do you download your syllabus, make changes to it and then upload the new version every semester?

Did you know that there is a way to simply edit it in place and be done?

You also can keep all of your documents in a “z” area and link to them from your live courses. This saves many steps each semester if you have more than one online section of a particular course.

For example, if you have three sections of English Composition, you can keep your syllabus in one place, edit that one syllabus in that place and the changes will show in each section of your class!

To learn how to do this, contact Bonnie Farrell at 629-8197.
