Some options, like the YouTube Mashup or Slide Share Presentation may be missing from your menu when you are adding content. To make sure all of your options for building content are available to you when working in Blackboard, go to the Control Panel, Customization, and Tool Availability, and then make sure all boxes are checked. Select Submit.
