The Honorable Conrad H. Lang, a retired Rensselaer County surrogate judge and chairman of the Board of Trustees at Hudson Valley Community College, will be honored Wednesday, Oct. 22 by the Rensselaer County Bar Association as a recipient of the Jones Award.
