Body Works meets Zumba® at 4:45 p.m. today, Feb. 14

Since Tuesday’s Body Works class was cancelled due to the snow storm, Vice President MaryAnn Janosik plans a special “mash up” class featuring both Zumba® and the light hand weight workout at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14 in AMZ 306.

The combined class — planned to be about 40% Body Works and 60% Zumba® — offers a great opportunity for anyone who’s not yet attended one of these drop-in fitness classes. Come try it out! Please bring hand weights (or work without); no mat is needed. (Dr. Janosik plans to schedule additional “combo” classes this semester, so watch for details here in the Campus Chronicle.)

Everyone is invited to join these fun workouts that are geared for all fitness levels; you work at your own pace. All classes are free! No sign up is required, just show up!
