The HVCC Book Club’s next meeting will be Wednesday, March 27 at noon in the Marvin Library Learning Commons (MRV 014, downstairs) to discuss books by author Anne Lamott. We have chosen Anne Lamott as our featured author because of her upcoming visit to the college.
There are many wonderful titles to choose from and we’ve decided to explore Lamott’s work without narrowing it to just one title. The library owns several of her books and we have access to Plan B: Further Thoughts on Faith as an ebook.
The Cultural Affairs Program in association with the Department of English, Modern Languages and English as a Second Language brings Anne Lamott to campus on Friday, April 12 for a lecture, reading and Q&A. The event is at 11 a.m. in the BTC Auditorium.
