Campus Corner: The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is committed to creating awareness, increasing resources and providing opportunities to the campus community through workshops, presentations and other training. We work with community organizations, businesses, school districts, and other partners to help develop collaborative relationships on our campus and within the surrounding community.

The most enjoyable part of our job is having the unique opportunity to interact with so many different campus members. For instance, listening to “Sausville Tales” by Greg Sausville, riding motorcycles with Larry Amos and Paul Calarco, listening to Rich Lucas’ custodial adventures, and admiring Clem Campana’s passion for mentoring youth within his community.

Our best-kept secret is our stash of snacks for students who have food insecurities. Well, it was our best-kept secret…

It truly is the campus community that really makes our job fun and enjoyable!
