Dr. Malika Grayson, founder of STEMinist Empowered, LLC, will present “Canceling Imposter Syndrome through V.I.C.T.O.R.Y. via Zoom on Friday, April 30 at 4 p.m. An engineer, Dr. Grayson also is a Fortune 100 global speaker and bestselling author.
In both academia and industry, imposter syndrome can lead to anxiety and depression from pressures to be perfect and constantly improve. Dr. Grayson will discuss how to recognize the drivers of imposter syndrome and what to do to cancel it completely?
The virtual program is co-sponsored by the college’s Counseling and Wellness Services, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Damietta Cross-Cultural Center and Physics and Astronomy Department in the School of Science at Siena College.
