Capital District EOC Culinary Arts program to compete at Chowderfest!

The Capital District EOC will be serving a specialty chowder in front of Upstate of Mind, located at 33 2nd St. in downtown Troy.

Attendees have the opportunity to sample chowders from more than 30 local businesses and to vote for their favorite.

This event runs from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8, throughout downtown Troy. It is free to attend and will feature $2 samples (4 oz.). Bring your family and friends and show your support for the Capital District EOC, a division of Hudson Valley Community College!
