Join a group of your peers to discuss emotional difficulties you have been facing due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Come to a safe space to talk about how the pandemic has impacted your life and get support from others in the community.

Connections: Managing Life Stressors Through Emotional Intelligence
As another community resource, Capital Counseling is offering a virtual Capital Counseling women’s group called Connections: Managing life stressors through emotional intelligence. This group is not covered by EAP benefits. However, most insurances will be accepted. If insurance is not accepted, there will be a $30 out of pocket fee to attend this group. See below for detail.
This 8-week (virtual) women’s group will help address feelings of emotional disturbances that many women are currently feeling from the inside out. This group aims to assist in making life more manageable, help improve relationships and teach skills how to tackle stressful elements of life.
