A message from Capital EAP
With social distancing guidelines still in place, Capital EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is extending some of our current COVID-19 related remote service offerings.
The three additional, free sessions provided to all members will be extended through June. These sessions are available by phone or video with our full-time counselors, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
We are also extending our Capital EAP COVID-19 Virtual Support Group by four additional sessions starting June 4.
The Capital EAP team has created a new guide with tips and tricks for cohabitating in quarantine along with a guide on increasing productivity while working from home. We have also put together a third edition of things to do while social distancing. We hope these guides (attached below) help ease some of the stress many are experiencing during these difficult times.

Capital EAP Things To Do While Practicing Social Distancing
While the Capital EAP COVID-19 virtual support group is for members only, Capital Counseling is running two free support groups for the community during this time that anyone can attend:
Capital Counseling COVID-19 Support Group
Capital Counseling COVID-19 Grief & Loss Support Group
We are continuing to add new trainings to our catalog and an increased number of free webinar based trainings to our workshop schedule (see below).
Capital EAP remains committed to supporting our members, our partners and the community. Support is just a phone call away, (518) 465-3813. Remember, we are all in this together!
Warmest regards,
