Changes to the Student Submission of the Certificate of Residence

 

Exciting news from the Cashier’s Office: In an effort to reduce paper, student frustration and increase efficiency and communication with students, the process for submitting a Certificate of Residence is now online!

Effective June 30, 2022, you are able to upload a Certificate of Residence securely online. Upon upload, you will receive helpful communications to your HVCC email. This includes confirmation of submission or rejection of documentation with customized guidance for resolution, and approval with step by step instructions to get you on your way to confirming your registration to securing your schedule.
