With chosen names having become more prevalent, the college has determined, in accordance with DEI best practices, to use chosen name for internal (e-mail) communications and legal name for external (postal mail) communications. Moving forward, these guidelines should be followed as standard institutional practice.
If you use software (i.e., Banner, Argos, Microsoft Access, etc.) to generate files and execute e-mail merges, the logic used to pull data will need an update. If you need assistance determining if updates are required to Banner or Argos, please submit an Enterprise Operations ticket.
