The City of Troy will hold a second Community Workshop on Monday, May 23, to seek public input on how it should spend $10 million awarded under New York State’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative. The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Capital District EOC James Sharp Hall at 431 River St. in downtown Troy, as well as via Zoom.
Governor Kathy Hochul announced award recipients in the DRI’s fifth funding round in November 2021. Troy’s DRI Local Planning Committee is co-chaired by Mayor Patrick Madden and HVCC President Roger Ramsammy.
