The Hudson Valley Community College men’s hockey team (5-11) defeated Broome Community College (11-9) 3-2 on Saturday afternoon, earning head coach Matt Alvey his 100th career win.
Scoring for the Vikings were Luis Gallego (East Boston/East Boston, MA), Roman Malyshev (School No. 90/Moscow, Russia) and Jason Savino (Elwood John H. Glenn/Huntington).
The Vikings next game is against the University at Albany Club at the Bethlehem YMCA on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 9 p.m.
