Chief Diversity Officer Ainsley Thomas, Dean Penny Hill and Meredith O’Connell, from Workforce Development, represented Hudson Valley Community College at the Capital Region ReEntry Resource and Empowerment Fair held Sept. 13 at the Capital South Campus in Albany.
The fair was intended to introduce support services for the reentry population. It offered resume assistance, career services, interview preparation, professional head shots, legal affairs assistance, transportation assistance, skills training for good paying careers, and child care assistance.
