The most important thing you need to know is that there is no data in Blackboard 9.1. You will need to export any courses (including Z areas) that you would like to have in Bb 9.1 for Summer and Fall 2011.
It is the same procedure that you perform each semester to prepare courses for the new semester. However, in this case, the courses will be going from Bb 8 to Bb 9.1. Additionally there are some important changes to be aware of as well as many new features such as wikis, journals, mashups and blogs.
There are many options for training:
– Walk-in
– One-on-one by appointment
– Departmental groups
– Weekly scheduled classes
Currently scheduled classes in BTC 1033:
Thursday, Feb. 3 from noon – 2 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 7 from 2 – 4 p.m
Thursday, Feb. 10 from noon – 2 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 14 from 2 – 4 p.m
Thursday, Feb. 17 from noon – 2 p.m.
