We’d like to announce a new workshop approach recently implemented in the Computer Learning Center (CLC). Our goal is to “meet the students where they’re at.” In other words, we are offering free 50-minute workshops to students on the computer-related topics they want… when they want them.
So, we’ve decided to “go out on the limb” and allow our students to pick the topic, content and day/time of the workshop (all within reason). It’s a simple process to request a workshop – determine your topic, invite a few classmates, complete the request form, and we’ll develop the workshop.
