Please join me in congratulating Kelleena M. Richards in the Department of Criminal Justice, Forensic Science and Public Administration. She has received the Teaching and Learning Certificate of Completion. Thank you for your dedication to ongoing professional development.
Kelleena has been an adjunct instructor for four years teaching Procedural Criminal Law and Public Personnel Administration. She is also an attorney employed full-time with New York State and really enjoys having the opportunity to share her legal knowledge and experience as a career civil servant with Hudson Valley students.
Upon learning she had completed the Teaching and Learning Certificate, Kelleena said, “The Center for Effective Teaching and Distance and Online Learning have been an invaluable resource for me. My participation in CET/DL courses has greatly improved my pedagogical skills, allowed me to create an online course and introduced me to staff and faculty I wouldn’t have met otherwise. I’ve already begun the Academic Advising Certificate.”
Congratulations, Kelleena!
